This second-floor apartment can accommodate up to 2 adults and 4 children. It consists of 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed, while the second bedroom contains 2 bunk beds designed for children. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, and washbasin. Linen is provided; however, guests are required to bring their own towels.

The unit features a well-equipped kitchen that includes a stove, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge-freezer and dishwasher. The lounge and dining area offer comfortable seating for guests to dine and relax. For entertainment, a flat-screen TV with DStv channels is available.
