31 Summer Place is a beautifully furnished self-catering ground-floor apartment with stunning sea views located in the secure Summer Place complex in Shelly Beach. The complex offers direct access to the beach, as well as a communal swimming pool, a braai area, and a children’s play area.

The apartment can accommodate up to 4 guests and comprises 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area. The first bedroom contains a queen-size bed, a dressing area, cupboards, and a shower en suite. The second bedroom contains 2 single beds. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans. The second bathroom contains a bath.

The kitchen is well-equipped for self-catering, with a fridge-freezer, stove and oven, microwave, kettle, cutlery, and crockery. The dining area contains a 6-seater dining table and chairs, and a ceiling fan. The lounge has comfortable seating and a ceiling fan. There is a flat-screen TV with the Easy View bouquet. Bring your own decoder for additional bouquets. The living area opens to a large covered patio with outdoor furniture and sea views. Secure parking is available on-site.

Bedding is supplied, but guests bring their own bath and beach towels.
